Terms of Use โ ClickBattle
ClickBattle is a free, browser-based set of clicking and gaming tools. These terms cover the handful of rules for using it and the limits of what a free, anonymous tool can promise. They're meant to be read, not to trap you.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using click-battle.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site. If you're using it on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on its behalf.
2. What ClickBattle Is
ClickBattle provides free, browser-based tools โ solo click-speed (CPS) tests, a daily challenge, an aim trainer, a reaction test, a double-click test, and real-time 1v1 duels โ alongside a library of informational guides. Everything is free and requires no account. Most of it runs entirely in your browser; the 1v1 duels are the one feature that connects to a server, because two people need to share a room.
3. Acceptable Use
The tools are meant to be used by a human clicking a mouse or pressing a key. Please don't:
- use auto-clickers, macros, bots, or scripts to generate scores;
- disrupt the duel service, flood it with rooms, or interfere with other players;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its server, or its data;
- scrape, mass-download, or systematically harvest the Site's content or endpoints; or
- use the Site for anything unlawful.
Automating the tools mostly just produces a meaningless number โ it's when it's done at a scale that degrades the service for everyone else that it becomes a real problem.
4. Scores, Anti-Cheat, and Accuracy
Your scores and personal bests are stored locally in your own browser, not in an account on our server. Clear your browser data and they're gone, and they don't sync between devices. Every result runs through a basic anti-cheat check: runs that are physically impossible for a human hand, or too perfectly even to be genuine, are marked unverified and excluded from best-score calculations. These checks are deliberately conservative and aren't perfect in either direction. Scores are for entertainment and practice โ we don't guarantee their accuracy, and they carry no competitive or official standing.
5. The Duel Service
The 1v1 duel feature is provided as-is. Rooms are temporary: created on demand, capped at two players, and discarded once the match ends or the room is abandoned. Nicknames are per-session labels, not accounts, and nothing about a duel is stored on the server long-term. We don't guarantee uptime, matchmaking availability, or that any given match finishes without interruption โ that depends on both players' connections and on the server being reachable.
6. No Accounts
The Site requires no accounts, logins, or passwords. Anything that resembles a profile โ your nickname, your saved scores โ lives on your device, not with us.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site's content (its text, design, and code) belongs to the operator unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to read the guides and share links to them; please don't reproduce or redistribute the content wholesale without permission. Third-party names mentioned in the guides belong to their respective owners.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that its results are accurate. You use it at your own discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator isn't liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
10. External Links
The guides and pages sometimes link to third-party sites. We link them because they're useful, but we don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Site changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, consistent with the Site's legal notice (Impressum). This choice of law does not remove any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms? Use our contact form. For the operator's details and the required legal disclosures, see the legal notice (Impressum) and the privacy policy.
