What to get in touch about

The useful stuff: a bug ("the aim trainer won't start on my phone"), a suggestion for a tool or a duration we don't have yet, a factual correction to one of the guides, or a business or press inquiry. All of it's welcome and genuinely read.

What this isn't is account support — there are no accounts here. Your scores live in your own browser, not on our server, so if your history vanished, it's almost always because the site's data was cleared on that device, and there's nothing on our end to restore. The About page explains how that works, and the FAQ already answers most of the common questions, so it's worth a quick look before you write.

Writing a bug report we can act on

A bug report is only useful if someone can reproduce it. The details that actually help: which tool it happened on, your browser and its version, your device and operating system, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot or a short screen recording is worth a paragraph of description. "The CPS test is broken" gives us nothing to chase; "on Chrome 120 / iPhone, the 10-second test freezes on the countdown" gets fixed.

What happens after you send

The honest version: ClickBattle is a one-person project, not a support desk, so there's no ticket queue and no guaranteed response time. Every message is read, and anything that's a real bug or a fair correction gets looked at — but a reply might take a few days, and small suggestions sometimes just get quietly built rather than answered. If your message needs a response, leave a working email address so one can actually reach you.

Privacy and data requests

This is also the place for privacy requests. In practice there's usually not much to request — the site has no accounts, and your scores sit in your own browser rather than in a database with your name on it — but if you want to exercise a data right described in our Privacy Policy, send it here and it'll be handled. Say clearly what you're asking for so it's easy to act on.
